UNDP Uganda launches the Africa Human Development Report

The United Nations Development Program launched the Africa Human Development Report 2016 today at Kampala Serena Hotel under the theme Accelerating Gender Equality through Women Empowerment in Africa. The event at a breakfast meeting here various stakeholders attended.

ms. Rosa Malango the UNDP Resident Representative for Uganda called on the business community to ensure gender equality at workplaces for increased productivity. She also noted a need to establish an African Women’s bank to enable women access money for Business.
